Erek Nass

Erek Nass exhibits Descent, an installation of light and protracted sound. Reflected video footage is projected onto water vapor seemingly contained within the clear walls of a wooden structure. The accompanying layered soundtrack echoes and dodges the contours of the projected image while leaked vapor slowly dissipates into the gallery.

Nass is a multidisciplinary artist with a MFA from Columbus College of Art & Design. Prior to that he received his BBA from the University of Notre Dame. He has exhibited his work at Pearl Conrad Gallery (OSU, Mansfield), Manifest Gallery (Cincinnati, OH), LUXUS international group show (Corning, NY), and S12 Gallery (Bergen, Norway). Nass is a resident of Corrugate Studio, and lives and works in Columbus, Ohio.
